If you are after a supplier rather than a partner who will push the boundaries of creative development then this is not the agency for you.
The Grain ensure they are totally ingrained (pardon the pun) in your brand, its essence and find new and different ways to activate in many areas of the marketing mix. Some of these will certainly make you a little scared but they always answer the brief and deliver what is required - on time and to budget. A great agency - but I'm not really sure if I want the secret out - after all I am loathe to share the secret of what a great agency The Grain is.
