We value the importance of education and training, and work hard to provide a culture that nurtures both creative talent and marketing acumen. As such, in addition to the mandated training undertaken by each staff member, we are proud and very vocal associates of the nation's leading authorities in Graphic Design and Marketing; the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA), and the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
Aside from their mentoring duties in the studio, our Creative Director gives freely of his time as a guest lecturer of design students at Enmore Tafe, and our Managing Director hosts regular in-house workshops that educate, challenge and inspire clients and colleagues alike.
We undertake these initiatives not only for the betterment of our people and the service that they offer, but also to put to good use our standing in the local design community in order that it may contribute to the quality, value and appreciation of the role design plays in the everyday lives of Australian consumers.
